As the Founding President of Young Inventors International (YII), Anne created a global organization and has trained thousands of innovators.  Anne was responsible for the design of the BrainBuzz, an interactive brainstorming process, and has also desgined YII's interactive workshops on the processes of intellectual capital management, innovation, and commercialization.  Anne has been a guest lecturer at more than 50 institutions and conferences, including MIT, Carnegie Mellon University, National Business and Technology Conference, University of Wisconsin at Madison, and University of Waterloo.
